Crop Vision Zones
Crop Vision is the next generation of precision agriculture to enhance the performance of your current management team. While it is the most advanced imagery analysis on the market today it is also simple to implement and understand.
Soil Zone
Soil Zone maps are based on an analysis of soil variability...this allows you to match your soil’s capacity with your nutrient management programs and crop genetic selection. By identifying and having the capability to manage definable zones, you can better direct your nutrient and genetic dollars.
Plant Zone
Tissue analysis and soil tests are good ways to determine if you have the right balance of nutrients for proper growth and productivity of your crops. Plant Zone analyzes the variability of plant biomass density within your field so that an on-the-ground targeted sampling program can be established. Throughout the growing season, Plant Zone maps allow you to view the crop’s development over time so that you can make adjustments that will maximize the identified zones and improve your bottom line.
Nitrogen Zone
Our Nitrogen Zone maps indicate when a plant is under nitrogen or other nutrient stress and thus could benefit from additional nitrogen or other nutrient application. By utilizing a historical view of nitrogen utilization, we can identify areas that could benefit from an in-season program. Nitrogen Zone is a remotely-sensed parameter that detects variations in leaf pigmentation (compared to a normal stand of vegetation). With an in-season program, test strips are applied to compare the crop’s response to different amounts of nitrogen. With this information, a variable rate application map is generated and allows you to put nitrogen where you can achieve the most potential yield response.
Yield Zone
Yield Zone provides a yield distribution map without the need to have an in-field yield monitor. You simply provide the total yield for the field and Yield Zone generates a map showing the yield variability from place to place over the field. This product is easy to implement, causes no slow down at harvest time due to break downs and requires no calibration. Yield Zone provides you with the yield information you want with none of the work.
Productivity Management Zone
Productivity Management Zone utilizes multiple zones and multiple years, neutralizing the environmental conditions, to accurately determine the best Site Specific Management Zone. By identifying and quantifying this variability over time you can measure real progress in your management decisions. Measured progress and repeating positive decisions maximizes the return to your bottom line.
